Refund Policy

At Adprenuer, we uphold a commitment to professionalism, transparency, and client-focused service delivery. Our operations are governed by structured processes, clear communication, and defined service scopes. We strive to maintain a trustworthy and professional experience at every stage of engagement.

If you are dissatisfied with the services provided, we encourage you to notify us immediately. Refunds may be considered where concerns are genuine, substantiated, and established after fair internal review.


Refund

Refunds may be considered where it is established, following an internal review, that the agreed service was not delivered due to reasons solely attributable to Adprenuer.

Clients seeking a refund must submit a written request via email to:

adprenuer.com@gmail.com

If the matter is resolved amicably within 3 days of payment and before commencement of service, a refund may be processed after deducting applicable administrative or processing charges.

If more than 3 days have passed from the date of payment, and/or service has commenced, refunds shall not be issued.

Upon receipt of a refund request, the Company shall complete its internal assessment and communicate its decision within 5–7 working days from the date the issue is raised.


No Refund

Refunds shall not be applicable under the following circumstances:

After Service Commencement

Professional services shall be deemed to have commenced upon initiation of:

  • Strategy consultation
  • Content planning or design work
  • Account setup or optimisation
  • Campaign creation or launch
  • 360° virtual tour scheduling, shooting, or editing
  • Any substantial digital marketing execution

Once services have commenced, fees become non-refundable.


Advertising Spend

Any ad spend paid to third-party platforms such as:

  • Google Ads
  • Meta (Facebook / Instagram)
  • YouTube

is strictly non-refundable, as these amounts are paid directly to external platforms and are not retained by Adprenuer.


Change of Mind

Refunds will not be granted in cases of:

  • Change in business plans
  • Change in marketing direction
  • Internal management decisions
  • Failure to utilise the service
  • Budget reconsideration

Client-Side Issues

Refunds shall not apply if issues arise due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
  • Failure to provide necessary access or approvals
  • Delay in communication
  • Technical limitations from the client’s systems

Platform or External Factors

Refunds are not applicable for delays or issues caused by:

  • Platform policy changes
  • Algorithm updates
  • Government regulations
  • Third-party technical failures

Force Majeure

Adprenuer shall not be held responsible or liable for any failure, delay, interruption, or inability to perform its obligations where such failure arises from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Internet outages
  • Government actions
  • Regulatory changes
  • Technical disruptions
  • Labor disputes

During the continuance of such events, obligations shall be suspended to the extent affected, without liability to the client.

This clause shall not apply where a refund is required due to proven deficiency of service attributable solely to Adprenuer under applicable Indian law.


Partial Refund Policy

Refunds, if any, shall be considered only after completion of an internal review.

Where services have been partially rendered, any approved refund shall be limited strictly to the unutilized portion of fees, after deducting charges proportionate to:

  • Work completed
  • Time invested
  • Resources deployed
  • Administrative costs

Cancellation

Before initiating any refund, Adprenuer may, at its discretion, attempt to complete or rectify the service.

If services are discontinued following a refund request, applicable refunds (if approved) shall be processed after deducting:

  • Charges for work already completed
  • Administrative expenses
  • A cancellation charge of up to 20% of professional fees (where applicable)

For recurring monthly services, a minimum 15 days’ prior written notice is required.


Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.


Policy Updates

This Refund Policy may be updated or modified from time to time to reflect changes in law, business practices, or service offerings.

Any such changes shall be effective from the date they are published on our website.

Clients are encouraged to review this page periodically.
